By renting a boat from Corfu High Seas, the renter agrees to abide by this policy and take full responsibility for the vessel during the rental period.
Booking & Payment
- A valid ID must be presented at the time of rental.
- A deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be completed before departure.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 50% Refund: If canceled at least 48 hours before the rental.
- Νο Refund: If canceled less than 48 hours before the rental or in case of a no-show.
- If the rental is canceled due to extreme weather conditions, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Rental Duration & Late Returns
- Rental duration is based on the agreed-upon time in the booking.
- Late returns may incur additional fees based on the hourly rate.
- Any extension of rental time must be approved in advance.
Fuel Policy
- Boats are provided with a full tank of fuel and upon arrival we will handle the refueling and the cost of the consumed fuel will be paid on the spot
Damage & Liability
- The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period.
- Any damages must be reported immediately.
Safety Regulations
- The renter must comply with all local maritime laws and safety regulations.
- Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be used as required.
- The boat must not exceed the maximum passenger capacity.
- Operating the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Weather Conditions
- Rentals are subject to weather conditions. In the event of unsafe weather, Corfu High Seas reserves the right to cancel providing full refund or reschedule the rental.
Additional Fees
- Cleaning fees may apply if the boat is returned in an excessively dirty condition.
- Additional charges may apply for special requests or extra equipment.
